For technical graduates, our dynamic Horizons training and development program provides the knowledge and business skills conducive to your professional growth and development. Horizons is a competency-based employee development program. The program's main focus is the first five years of your career, but the career development and planning tools used in Horizons will be valuable throughout your career. Additionally, having a competency-based program is an effective way to develop the necessary skills for professional growth and development. The objective of Horizons is to develop employee competency through technical training, assignments and relocations. These three tenets - technical training, assignments and relocations - will have a critical role in developing your career.
